"The lobby atmosphere was okay they seemed a bit short staffed for the amount of busyness the restaurant was in, and the bathroom were horrible and needed attention. As for the service, the food it took like 30 to 40 for the food and the staff was friendly but slow and forgetful cause we didn't get our drinks after asking 3 times but otherwise friendly. The food was good for a IHOP we did a video review for it on my channel. overall not a bad experience but also not a great one too just don't go when it busy."

"I want to like going here more but I really can't. The server we had did a good job for how few employees are here. I watched her basically do the jobs of three people so I don't blame her for the issues. It's just not enjoyable to watch people suffer trying to do all the jobs. I've slowed down in how often I go because there just aren't enough people in the restaurant to be able to enjoy the experience. The food was good, it just took a while to get."

"What has happened to this place?! It used to be our go-to breakfast spot, after today, I am unsure if we will ever go back. We got seated within a couple minutes as at least 1/3 the tables were empty. It still took 15 minutes for our waiter to come. He took our order, 3 breakfast combos and 1 large stack w/ a side of sausage. It took 50 minutes from the time we ordered to get our food, but wait, they only brought the 3 combos and said the pancakes were, “on the flip”. Nearly 10 min later the stack of pancakes came out. One of the combos was missing the bacon, one had cold, very cold scrambled eggs. The syrup at our table was empty so when we asked for more he got the old fashioned from an empty table but got the strawberry from a table of people that were getting up and leaving, didn’t wipe it down or anything. What we believe was the manager did one semi-circle asking people how things were, but was gone before anyone could even answer. Also, during the absurdly long wait for food the staff was dropping ‘F’ bombs to each other. We were with young children and there were even younger children around us. During all of this we were never even offered refills. I still left a 10% tip even though i feel that we should have actually been paid for the disservice. So disappointing."

"The burger was good except they forgot the pickles. The Wonka pancakes not happy with that at all. They was supposed to have cream cheese in the middle and it didn't . Purple syrup on top didn't see much of that either. My son's meal was better and it was just French toast sticks and fruit. Service was slow but I do know they was backed up and busy. So I'll forgive them for that much. Our waitress was very nice. She was busy though and did a good job of trying to keep up with everything and everyone. The bathroom was nasty. The floors are sticky. It just needs cleaned. Not sure if I will be back to visit this place in the future"

"Ordered a breakfast burrito for delivery, what I received was a tortilla ball filled with wet junk and not edible. I know what’s IHOP burrito looking like and tasting. Had to trash the food head out to eat somewhere else."
