"Dr Magda has been my PCP for over 20 years. I love his attention to detail and how well he listens to any problem I have or think I have. I do have to agree with other reviews that the staff definitely lacks in the department of call backs and test results. I had called and left a message for a problem I was having, waited 18 hours and finally went to the ER. Two days later I got their call and had to tell her "never mind, I had to take care of it on my own"."

"I like like Dr Magda, but he ordered tests for me, test were completed that same day , the results from the hospital and outside vendors were emailed to me 2 days later. Dr office called me when I was not available to take the call, they left message to return the call ASAP, which I promptly did the following morning, which I was sent to a voicemail, 2 days later they called and ask if I got there message, told them I left a message on the voicemail, no response , they told me I had to see a specialist because results were abnormal , needed to check and make sure specialist was in network, got that cleared from insurance co in ten minutes, have called them back 3 TIMES and have never heard a word from them ?? They tell me this has to be taken care of ASAP and then they don’t respond ???? Today makes 6 days, so tomorrow I will call insurance company and find a new Dr. I really like Dr. Magda , but I don’t need the stress of playing phone tag with NO return calls !!"

"I would give Dr Magda a five star rating because I think he is an excellent doctor but some of his staff really needs some training in customer service. When he was not on my list of providers this year I felt bad but had to switch . I was quite surprised when I received a lab bill that read that Dr Magda requested a test 11 months after the date that I had last seen him and my insurance would not pay for it. I knew that there was some mix up because I had not taken that test. I called his office numerous times and mainly got a voice mail and no call back.When I finally got to speak to whoever does his billing, she was extremely rude and told me that it was my fault for not signing off on his care when I started to see another doctor. Wait, what ???????????it is my fault that I am being charged for a test that I did not take. After many calls, letter ect to the lab and my insurance and hours of wasted time,it was finally straightened out and I was told that it was someone else's test."

"Dr. Magda is a thorough, he takes time to talk with his patients. He is a compassionate Dr. who truly cares. He has a wonderful bedside manner, he is on time & makes time for an emergency appts. His staff is also great. Dr. Magda is 1 of the best, if not the best Dr. in New Castle & surrounding areas."
