"I was referred to Ferny based on hormone results from my OBGYN and her seeing that I needed fertility support. At the time of my visits, I was still naturally ovulating. I have since stopped getting my period. They said that given my age (early 40s), high FSH and low AMH, they would only work with me with donor eggs. I’ve since consulted with other providers and have been informed that because this is a commercial and not academic facility, they jump more quickly to only working with certain patients if they use donor eggs. I feel like I wasted time and energy going to these appointments and stressing when I could have gotten more help when my hormones and menstrual cycle were still more regular. If you are older and want to use your own eggs, look to other facilities first. To be fair, my FSH is so high and AMH level so low, that statistically I have very low chances with my own eggs using ART (assisted reproductive technology). There seem possible holistic solutions, so there is still hope for me. The staff were all very supportive and attentive, with a good bedside matter throughout. I am still just devastated I did not get the kind of news I was hoping."

"My first visit with Dr. Maria Rosalie was great. I even wrote a lovely review on ZocDoc after that appointment but my second appointment was very disappointing. I was not aware that my second appointment will be with a Physician Assistant. She seem like she didn’t know much about my results. I asked about 2 medications that I needed and she said “I’m not allowed to”, to get it from my PCP instead. I was also forced to provide a urine sample and the PA didn’t even say anything about. Why force for a urine sample if they’re not going to test it. I’m really sad because the visit with Dr. Rosalie went extremely well. She was able to figure out what my issue was but it seems that ZocDoc patients are more important than the ones you book with them at the office for the follow up."

"Absolutely chaotic place. The doctor is nice but the office staff have no idea what's going on. No one ever called me about any of my results and when I asked them to please call me about them, they charged me as a telehealth visit for a 2 minute phone call where a PA answered none of my questions and didn't seem to know much of anything. Every other OBGYN I've been to calls with results and doesn't charge for that call. Never seen anything like this place."

They were not only professional but also made the experience personal. The wait times were refreshingly short, and I am incredibly grateful for their part in making our dreams a reality. A special shoutout to our Nurse Lauren - she is an angel. Even on her days off, she made herself available. And to Dr. Radjabi, your dedication and expertise are truly commendable.
