"On the 13th of August I went to this CSL plasma located on Diversey, the process was quite slow as I arrived at 4:30 and got out at 6:45 and most of that time was spent waiting for a seat, there was a lack of staff for sure, but the kicker was the computer had an error and it did not give me saline nor return my blood cells to me. They instead gave me two bottles of Gatorade and sent me off afterwards. I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to go but it’s been a bit more then six hours since the donation and my arm is still bleeding."
"*PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY* I know nobody is that desperate to donate plasma and wait two hours in line for a pathetic $50... I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and donate plasma as a new donor. As I was filling out forms, a lady called me to the back and proceeded to ask me for my social security card. She then left the room with my social security card. I was not aware that she WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT. After ten minutes of waiting, another lady came into the room with a worried look as to why I was alone. I explained to her that the lady assisting me took my social and left. Everybody's attitude and behavior here was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. I've already filed a complaint with the company and I've had to lock my credit in fear that she might've stolen my information."
"Kate is so awesome and such a kind soul. Her customer service skills are far above anyone I have ever encountered. I can only wish her the best in work and life. Awesome person."
"This place is completely chaotic. I’ve been staying in the check in for over 30 minutes watching the people behind the desk walk around in circles. They have people waiting 15 minutes waiting to get a finger prick because they are having conversations with each other. The older lady with the short blond hair and black glasses is completely unprofessional…. Still waiting while writing this post. Just finished getting vitals. There were 3 nurses for one person while there is a huge line. Lacy, the “trainer”, is still running around in circles. It took over 2 hours for a returning donee In this facility. Check in being run by the trainer Lacy was complete chaos. If you have the means and time to stay away from this team, you’ll be doing yourself a favor. I’ll be making the drive to suburban locations for better service."
"So unprofessional, completely careless, and that Latise is ignorance personified! I’m grateful my blood count was low. I hate I gave them all that information though. They do this revolving door thing and just walk away in the middle of helping you and I was just left like that maybe 7-8 times and each time someone different returned. Either more incompetent or a worse attitude with each new person. I was going to walk out on several occasions. When that latise started talking about useless information while I was being processed by someone else. Then she said she had a cold and SHE WASN’T WEARING A MASK! Sniffing and gaging. Totally rude and careless as a supposed health care provider. Then the ants crawling on the floors and desk. I was grossed out by that! I had to keep tapping my feet to keep the ants from crawling on me. The bathroom was nasty and with ants as well. Everywhere I looked there were dirt smudges of fingerprints all around the door handles. A man walked out the facility and fainted face first! I Latise was working with me then and I understand her bolting out in that instance. But, she comes back talking to another co-worker about the man and what happened. I shouldn’t have heard that. I was asked if I had tattoos. How many and where. But that latise said I HAD TO DISCLOSE what the tattoos were. That’s what the do in prisons. Unprofessional. Then that last one who tried to finish processing me with the long super fake eyelashes… who looks like she’s been having the worst day ever all year! She told me my blood count was low, and I couldn’t donate, but I could try back soon. She wasn’t forthcoming with what is the normal range for a healthy blood count. So I asked and I was disappointed, but borderline angry. Because I had been there for nearly 2 hours with a revolving door of clown acts! I could’ve found out about my blood count 30-40 minutes in. Then the broad said I threw the card at her. Shows she’s been having a bad day. I decided enough was enough. I was told to keep the card for when I come back, I knew I wasn’t so I dropped in on the desk from about 2 inches high and is slid about 2 inches… she says I threw it. What a lame excuse for such bad behavior! That office was the equivalence of a circus on fast forward! I thought I was doing a good thing. I may still donate one day, but never with this company and definitely not that location on West DIVERSEY."
