"I’ve always had great experiences here. I’m what’s known as a “ hard stick” meaning my veins sink and are elusive. The best of the best in Northwell systems have tried several times before they hit the vein. Today I had a tech “ Joe M” after giving him a heads up on how difficult it was, he was extremely courteous and kind. On the FIRST ATTEMPT he got a Vein. I didn’t even feel it. He was incredible,, the relief was most welcome. Bottom line Northwell does everything right . The lab is just another of their great accomplishments. Thank you Joe M and all the other people there"

"Went to this lab for a blood test this afternoon. There was no wait time, sign-in was very quick and blood test was painless. What more could you ask for?!! I highly recommend this facility."

"I had to go there because of a much needed blood test by my surgeon. I scheduled my lab the same day within an hour because there was availability. When I arrived, they called me within 3 minutes of my scheduled appointment. I think that is the fastest I've drawn blood at a lab. If they're within your insurance network, I highly recommend them. Staff was also nice from the front desk receptionist to the phlebotomist. The phlebotomist was being careful where to insert the needle because as of lately, my veins are difficult to find . She found them in one poke and did not have to move the needle around just to draw blood."

"I went here to do a blood work for my toddler. Unfortunately, one of the nurses who took a blood sample, probably wasn’t working at this location before as I can’t explain why she didn’t know where the needles are, she was constantly asking a senior nurse where is one thing then where is the other, while my daughter has waited in the chair terrified. Moreover, she couldn’t take a blood sample so many times that my daughter got so stressed out. Finally, after a few minutes the senior nurse came over and took a blood sample right away without any issues. After having such a bad experience at this lab, my daughter was afraid to go to the lab for a long period of time."
