"Literally just called five minutes ago after immediately being placed on hold for ten minutes shopping for a new eye doctor, as my 11 year old was just diagnosed with diabetes and needs glasses. I believe his name was Mike, refused to tell me if he took my insurance, told me I had to come in so he could physically see my card. I know the simplicity of looking up insurance, as I’m a director of nursing. He then hung up on me."
