Little Caesars Pizza

"Pizza Detective here !!!!!! This is the best and the cleanest little Caesars in town. Cheese pizza is my thing. Unlike the store on 11th & Parade where they have guys making pizzas while blowing their nose then throwing the booger tissue out WITHOUT washing their hands, I cancelled my order, threw up in my mouth and proceeded to go elsewhere. I love the fact of the strategic placement of this store. It's right in the middle of every direction. The staff are very nice and courteous."

"7:55pm just came by and shop is closed? Also whoever closed left the drive thru window unlocked. Really need to get better closers if they're going to close early. Edit:issue has since been resolved."

"Ordered ahead around 145 pm. Went in to grab what was ordered. Order came to 10.06. Gave him a 20 and he did not give me the correct change first. Manager came up and did something on the register and did not give me the remaining change. Then he asks what they owe me? This is not how you handle things and the GM should know this. I get home and this is the stuffed crazy crusy pizza i got. Who ever worked on thursday around 145 pm needs proper training. Disappointed i paid for this and my child wouldnt even eat it it was so bad. Money wasted and ill order from somewhere else next time."

"Placed an order for 2 hot n readys and one crazy bread. The kid taking my order couldn't understand that I wanted one cheese and one pepperoni, even after I began the order stating "one cheese hot n ready and one pepperoni hot n ready." After I paid, I was told to pull around and wait 10 minutes, then come back through the drive through. I came back after 10 minutes was up. I waited another 10 minutes. The cashier was on his phone most of the time I was waiting. At the 20 minutes mark, I asked for a refund and was told they "don't do that." 30 minutes after initially ordering, I finally had my food. If I knew it would take 30 minutes, I would have ordered from an actual pizza place that has better food."

"i’d give negative three stars if i could. so as you can see, we ordered a pretzel crust, pizza sauce pizza. versus what we received. no pretzel crust, no salt for said missing pretzel, no pizza sauce, cheese sauce instead. not to mention TWENTY FIVE minutes late. it took 25 minutes for the wrong pizza. my boyfriend didn’t even wanna go back in cause lord knows how long it would’ve taken to replace and i had my own food already nice and cold in the car. we ordered for 5:15 and didn’t get it until 5:40-5:45ish. also, the pizza was cold when we got it???? not really cold but definitely like it’s been sitting. now i know places have procedures they have to do but the fact that he got told by a team member that his pizza is ready, then made him punch in a code to a “pizza portal” thing to actually get the pizza is just stupid. just hand us the pizza. again, that might just be procedure, so that comments just for the company itself really. we won’t be returning. that’s for sure."
