"The place is small and dirty they tried to transfer me took 30 mins just for her to log me into the computer they made me redo all the questions like 70 of them only for it to make me sit down for 40 mins while someone was suppose to come and get me they never did 3 people were in front of me when I got there about 30 were before I decided to leave couldn't even donate because of the staff."

"This CSL Plasma Center is A Horrible place. Their One Nurse was a Racist, their head nurse is ok she is respectful. I went there to Donate on my way Home from work one day and my ankles were swollen because I was Standing for 12 hours at My Security job. I told her that she still gave me an issue so I Left For well over a year ago. This time I came back because a person that I have in My corner donates there so I figured I would try to Donate there. I tried to become a New Donor the same Racist Nurse asked me if I had her paper then I said No. Then she Gave me Attitude and was rude so I asked for her Center Director, she came in the room I explained to her that I would go to my Physician since the racist nurse tried to lie so she didn't loose her job. The nurse said something to her then I said Just give me the paperwork so I can go to my Physician Doctor Valerie Gray, she made me leave the room then the Center Director said if I have any issues then come to Her. I went to the Doctor appointment she Did her job and she checked me for Everything that they wrote on that Paper then she wrote notes and said I was able to donate with no restrictions. I went back they gave me the run around when I asked for the Center Director. I then left again and called they put Supervisor on the Phone He Was rude to me just like the racist Nurse when all I did was asked for the Center Director. He was disrespectful to me so I got upset because you have no right to come at me sideways when I was asking for the Center Director. I later apologized to him. I did not use any Curse Words, they wrote up Some Lies in their Computer and I did Everything they asked so I can donate at another Center. They Keep giving me issues and I had To Report Them to The Corporate Office and District Manager because they have a block on me so I Can not donate in Willoughby or Parma. I'm waiting for the Corporate Office to call me at Some Point. I have brought to their attention the bad reviews from this Center to the corporate office because they tested my Integrity and they made A lie that is stopping me from being able to donate at A CSL. This is not right and They Need Better Training all Of their Staff INCLUDING THEIR MANAGERS and Nurse. They Also Need to Be investigated for Discrimination Against African American People The Nurses the Head Nurse who is Spanish is Cool she is respectful the other ones Need their credentials Checked and better Training. Even the Security Officer that was there saw that I wasn't aggressive I was trying to understand why they were giving me such a Hard time. I have donated At CSL Plasma in the Past in Fort Worth TX with no issues, but this West 25 Street Location I Hope They All Get In trouble once The Corperate is Office and District Office Gets involved. This Experience was the Worst I Have Ever Been through with Any Plasma Center and When I was in Texas CSL was Great but Not in Cleveland. I Say Donate At Parma, Or Willoughby CSL. I hope They Either Close It Down Or Fire And Rehire New and Better Staff Members!"
