"This woman may have ruined my life. I saw her earlier this year because I tested myself for hashimotos and discovered I had antibodies. She refused to treat me and said even though I have an enlarged goiter from the scan, that I did not warrant treatment due to not having symptoms. She completely missed that my tsh went from under 1 to over 3 in a matter of months (if she would have just looked in my chart). She is condescending and an awful person. Does not deserve to be a doctor and I hope the worst things in life happen to her and her loved ones."

"Five stars for Dr. Espiritu. One star for administration. Average is 3 stars. What's wrong with administrators?? Won't pay to have actual human beings answer phones - easier to treat clients like some kind of machines themselves - and whatever ya do KEEP 'EM FROM TALKIN" TO ACTUAL PEOPLE! What is going on? What? Why not just do medicine on line eh? That's what the "company" heads would like. Why bother with people if ya can use recorded messages to keep 'em at a distance. Good God."

"Wish I could give this place negative 5 stars. I've been a patient here for 5 years. Every time I call, no one answers. They have one phone line for 3 office location listings, although they only have 2 office locations (they've moved from Summa to Independence Ave). When/if someone finally answers the phone, they put you on hold (despite any objections you may have) for an infinite amount of time... until they hang up on you. They have no option for setting up an appointment online or patient portal services, either. This is the WORST place ever. Dr. Espiritu is a great doctor but the effort it takes to try to call this place and even get an appointment is not worth the trouble."

"I agree with the other post. Dr. Espiritu has been most excellent. Very knowledgeable, doesn't rush us out the door and takes her time with details, carefully considers the patient when making decisions. Just love how she cares about people. She moved and we are following her to her new location, so I hope the other person who posted about the staff may reconsider that she may have new staff now!"
