"In short, I was charged for a visit that should have been immediately hauled and redirected. In short, complexities of my condition were acknowledged and concern expressed but clear failure by the nurse and the provider to cancel my visit, give immediate justification of why, not charge me, and redirect for appropriate care. I work in healthcare and felt cheated and belittled."

"I had a great experience visiting MedRite urgent care yesterday. The lady at the front desk, the medical assistant and the doctor were all exceptionally kind, caring and competent professionals. My condition was explained to me in detail, the check up was thorough and I was given great advice. I left the place feeling very positive. Grateful to have this wonderful facility so close to home. "okay I NEVER leave reviews but i absolutely must. Please ignore every bad review on here. First off my wait was barely 3 minutes before I got called in. The Medical assistant is one of the nicest and kindest people i’ve ever met in my life. she took her time to calm me down and was just overall amazing in every aspect. The nurse that drew my blood is also top tier. I told them both I’m scared of needles so they both triple checked my arms before poking me because they didn’t wanna hurt me. I’ve never ever ever been treated with so much kindness and respect at a doctors office and especially at an urgent care. give them all raises "

"I visited on June 3 2024, everyone was nice except the young lady at the front desk ( couldn’t keep her name but she got a baby looking face) . She was unprofessional, she wasn’t ready to listen to understand assistance that i needed. she acted ignorantly and perhaps unfit for the front desk role. In addition, her attitude made me feel unwelcomed in that space. I nicely and politely asked her if i could be provided with a test results that is generic with a medrite letter head and stamp since i could use that for multiple job application. she responsed in the negative informing me they do not give such generic results anymore even after showing her what i got from the same location 2 years ago. Prior that to, she was reluctant towards my request in getting medicals and physicals for work. I had to show her records of my visits 2years ago and then challenged her to visit my records in their system before she conceded. Eventually, i was called in for test and the lady who drewn my blood acted professionally. ( sorry i forgot your name) I asked her the same questions i asked the lady at the front desk and her answer was positive. Then Dr. Magarita also came in to see me and i posed to her the same questions. her answers wasn’t different from the lady that drew my blood. In short, the lady at the front desk on that day was unprofessional. The mere fact that she told me that they do not provide generic results anymore was alarming to me. She was so sure but her attitude towards me made her less-believable. Her actions made me feel unwelcomed."

"The office is very modern and unintimidating, and Vienna (PA), Daniella (nurse), and Enrique (X-ray technician) delivered exceptional and friendly care and remediation to an injury I incurred -- a large shard of glass stuck in the bottom of my foot. The process to be checked in was also minimal of heavy paperwork, which made the experience far more enjoyable. Will def return if I need to!"
