"I showed up at the tone for my appointment. My appointment was at 3:30. So they asked for me to get there at 3:15. I arrive at 3:10. Don’t even get in the back area until 3:45. Someone shows up 20 minutes late and gets seen right away. She called and said she would be 10 min. late. She was 20. So I get there Early and get bumped by someone who is late.I think they need to go by appointments and of someone is late, they should make them reschedule. It’s not fair for someone to have to wait because someone was running late."

"My experience overall with this office if okay but the receptionist - the very first person you encounter, is absolutely horrible. She doesn't smile. She acts like she hates her job. Whether on the phone or in person she is very unpleasant to deal with. I walk out without making a next appointment just to avoid dealing with her. Every person coming into that office has cancer and they are more cheerful and upbeat than the receptionist. I hope she finds a job she likes better."

She has a dry sense of humor that sneaks out from time to time and you will receive the best care from her and her staff. She patiently explained things to me when I was confused, she listened to my concerns, and she cared for me during a very scary time in my life."

"I was referred to this clinic for surgery. Dr. Hope did a great job on the surgery. However, she has no bedside manner. Her follow up has been so stressful. She didn't even wait for the medication to take effect before she did my pathology biopsy. I am looking for another doctor for the future."
