"My kids have been on the "call back" list to get an appointment every month for a year. Every 2 weeks I call and ask for an appointment every two weeks I'm told that they are on the list and waiting for availability. I've called corporate compliance to file a complaint and was told a Manager would call me back. Surprise no call back. If you want to call your patients "customer owners" you need to start holding a better standard of service. If this was my business I'd have fired your leadership team for mismanagement. Over a year ago where's all those "customer" satisfaction surveys now?!"

"They told me it would take 2 months to hear back from Medicaid about my daughter's braces!! It's been 3 months and I had to call 2 times just to get an update and they told be it would be another 2 months. This is LACK OF COMMUNICATION!! If they would have just told me 5 month wait from the beginning I wouldn't be so upset right now!! I should have just took my daughter to another Orthodonist who accepts medicaid! Update: its now been 7 months I left another voicemail, no one has called, and I'm afraid my daughter will get a cavity by the time they get to us!"

"They do a fine job at cleaning my teeth, but they do not follow up with anything. I am supposed to get a call reminding me of my appointment but the dates come and go but they never call or text. I asked them about it and they said "it should be working" and that is the extent of the help I received. This has happened multiple times."

"It was the heat wave and we mentioned that we didn't go outside to the playgrounds, we went to McDonald's instead for the air conditioned play place and we got a judgmental side-eye from the dental assistant as if we were abusing our kids. There was also a lot of repetitive questioning, sugary snacks? chips? soda? sugary drinks? Answered no and still got a lecture on how I should avoid giving them to my kids. I just came for some dental exams not a parenting class, thank you."

"This is a fairly new facility. Located right across the parking lot from ANMC. Nice setup from what I've seen. Large waiting room with a play area for little kids. My family has only visited the dental office. There are 5 floors in the building that have several different practices. There's also a large attached parking garage."
