"From start the finish we had a wonderful experience. Kelsey at the front desk was personable and efficient. My 9 month old was there for a his first routine dental visit and I had my 2 year old in tow. Nurse Nubia entered the waiting room with a beautiful smile and calm demeanor. She played with both kids for a bit before taking us to the back. She involved my 2 year old and made her feel like she was a helper and interacted with the baby. Dr. Ryan came in and was just as pleasant. She gave the routine information, but most importantly she listened to my questions and answered them, she took the time to allow my baby to nurse and focused on the two year old until he was done. She was gentle and efficient as well. My 2 year old left excited for her appointment."
