"Disappointed at best. I went in to have one cavity filled then I was told I needed a crown (shave the tooth down and place a cap that looks like the original tooth) Not knowing the anatomy of teeth i felt pressured into getting the crown because the dentist told me "a cavity fill would only last 2-3 years and the it would have to happen". I consented despite leaving to go overseas that evening. Everything that could go wrong after did. I flew back to the states 2 weeks later my mouth was so inflammed they couldnt seat the crown. Two months later, I went to Health Centered Dentistry and they fixed the tooth after pulling resin out of the gums surrounding the tooth. The disappointing part, I paid $600 up front my insurance paid around $1600, Then I received a bill for $63. I called the office to see if this could be waived as they never installed the tooth, the front desk lady said no, I asked if I could speak with someone else regarding this and again the answer was no. I paid the bill, but will never return or recommend them to anyone. This is poor customer service."
