"We applied for a pet friendly home the ad had paw prints on it we made sure of it. went to see the house and paid the application fee per person. She calls back and says no pets then tells us we have an unpaid medical bill from 2019 which is from my fiancé's accident that workers comp is covering. We feel like we got ripped off for the "background check" they found nothing but a medical bill that's already being taken care of and suddenly no pets allowed on a pet friendly ad?"

"Tracy was ok I'm the beginning, she is very disorganized, after 3weeks of communication due toa rental history he claimed to not know me even though she would text me and leave voice mails, she has stood me up 4 times where I've driven over 8hours and 400+ miles for her to not show or at the very least pick up the phone, I've made many appointments with her to get no answer then was finally told I wasn't a priority of hers which apparently is enough justification to waste your time, she does not care even left me in meadow lakes for 40min to find out she left. When I confronted her about it she denied it and hung up. I do not advice working with her, she also admits she doesn't read emails or text cause she's so "busy" I promise if you make an appointment with her she will see anyone else who shows up before you no matter the distance you drove or proper planning with her, shes only interested in filling quotas and if your time is wasted then so be it that's what working with Tracy brewington is like. Sad thing is I never dropped names at the U-Haul storage unit and the manager and employees have heard of her and said this isn't the first time they heard about this from her. It's unfortunately an outstanding reputation of hers."
