"We had a pleasant experience flying Alaska Airlines to and from Juneau. The flight attendants were friendly and attentive. Our flights were on time and weren’t too crowded either. Do be aware that the Juneau airport itself is quite small and only has one place to get food. Overall, I’d recommend."
"Diana from Alaska Airlines Juneau was amazing tonite. Flight 240 to Seattle cancelled and she was able to rebook me to Tampa with my dog and get me a room to stay.
