"Both of my trucks got totaled in August 2023 jokulhaups flood. Classic Collision didn't do any body work but the locals working there were very helpful and accessible. Even helping us find a rental car in town when there were zero available. Very pleasant to deal with!"
"We have not had the use of our car for over three months now. It was in an accident at the beginning of May, Classic Collision could not even look at it for an estimate until the beginning of June, and it is now mid-August and they are saying they may be able to finish it by the END OF SEPTEMBER!!! I am recommending to my insurance company, USAA, that they remove Classic Collision from their list of vendors. I would not recommend Classic Collision to repair a wheelbarrow, let alone a car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will never fix your car."

"Fix Auto is awesome! They were super professional and provided twice weekly updates by email about where my car was at in the repair process. I banged up the front of my Toyota Rav4, and they were able to fix it. Even throughout the waiting time of parts that were shipped, they emailed me updates on Tues/Thurs. Definitely will take my car here again for other auto body repairs in the future."
