This was in reference to a 30 year old back injury that recently flared up and was manifesting extreme pain down my right leg and into my foot and toes. While Brandon’s easy demeanor and casual talk was pleasant and engaging, I didn’t realize until later just how much attention he was paying to my issues. In the first 30 minutes he had set out a series of exercises that directly targeted my problem areas. He also explained in detail what the causes of my pain were and why the exercise would help.
