"i tested positive for covid so at 11 am i called the clinic in an attempt to get a plaxovid prescription called in to my pharmacy.My call was returned at 445pm and i was told to go see doc in the box or make a virtual appointment.Mind you this is now late afternoon friday.Apparently the "care" in senior health has been ommited!"

"Some staff are alright. The front desk girls are most times snobs. Each time I have gone, there is always three of them sitting, and one is usually helping everyone. As I approach to let them know I'm here, they have no nice greetings, just rudely ask the normal questions they usually do, then go back to gossiping with each other. My doctor is a good doctor. I just wish he'd check in on me instead of just refill my medications that he was supposed to help me taper off by now. I haven't been in to see him for roughly 8 months now. My partner's doctor keeps prescribing him medications for four years that he also says he'll help him get off of because it does more harm than it does helping his situation. It's funny how your patient can tell you they have a problem with abusing their meds, but the doctor just keeps refilling n "recommends" counseling. It just goes to show that one's health isn't as important to them because the pills we pay for will keep money flowing for them. This facility needs to do better."
