"Dr. Cates was unprofessional and bigoted towards my child when we sought medication as help for their extreme anxiety and depression. Dr. Cates belittled my trans child and instead of recommending me another doctor or medications he said for them to eat eggs :/ We will not be returning."

They have been consistently professional and medically insightful, diagnosing and treating underlying causes not just symptoms. Their billing has always been at standard insurance posted rates. They discounted when insurance didn't cover procedures. On prescriptions they have been timely, accurate, and responsive to my urgent refill requests - even from out-of-country. They suggested home health alternatives or supplements to costly medical solutions, even "prescribing" exercise and diet. I literally trust them with my life, and they have never let me down. Medical staff, lab staff, support staff, and admin all operate personally, professionally and efficiently."

"Northwest medical is a rip-off. They billed my insurance co, 7 times what I could have purchased the item on ebay. My co-payment was 2 times what I would have paid on ebay. It's know wonder our insurance is so high. These cons should serve time. I will never use them again."
