"BE WARNED - I had Mr. Fanning do a job for me and he TOTALLY took me! Came and installed the main build and after saying he needed the money to pay bills he “promised” to return the following day to finish the job. He took my money and to this very day I have not seen or hear from him. I now have to hire out the complete replacement of the door closers and door locks to the tune of “THOUSANDS” of dollars to make this job right. This is why he never returned, he conned my out of the full payment pretending to have built security doors that worked with my door hardware and bout screen door closers because they were “cheap.” Do NOT LET THIS GUY BUILD YOU ANYTHING, he WILL take you at some point..."
