"I was inside the store around 9:30 getting some tea a heard a commotion on the store some lady was being disrespectful over 10 cent i think see was out of her mind the cashier was being respectful the lady was just being super rude.the security lady cali came over and handle the situation in a respectful way to calm down the fuse and control the situation i likee the way they both handle the situation customer was wrong all around the board.my favorite shopping place in anchorage and the people that work there are awesome."

"Overall the store is good I didn't really shop all over the store because I was looking for a jacket or a winter coat for my son but there was hardly any since it was the middle of Winter and there was barely anything for the men, we're also out of towners."

"As I walked into the store tonight, I saw employees moving like honeybees. As I stood there in awe , a tall red haired gentleman asked if I needed any help and I said I need a manager. He said I'm a manager what do you need? I said that I was pleased at how all the employees were working so harmoniously. He said ...we try! I told him that I qas a former store manager and could tell that an audit was in full effect. I assured him that this was the most amazing audit ti watch and they were doing great. It is my sincere recommendation that all employees receive some form of award for their diligence. Can it be possible ro give them bonuses in this new year? "OMG it was so messed up. Shoes and clothes all over the store. Could not believe how bad it was. Visited again 11/18/23 and still not changed. Need more people to clean up the things on floor. Went to get wall picture for my grand daughter and the pictures were all over the floor. Barely able to get down the row. Pictures should be up off the floor, just stacked all crazy. Good grief."
