Best Buy

"I recently went in to buy a tablet, the galaxy S9 FE plus to be exact. The guy who was helping me grabbed the wrong one and I asked him if he by chance grabbed the wrong one an he replied with a snarky attitude saying “I grabbed the one you point at so no it’s not a different one” I decided I’d just purchase it an not argue (my mistake) I sit outside and search the one they gave me and it was a smaller screen. I specifically wanted the bigger screen because I already had the same screen size they just sold me an I wanted something bigger for my daughter to watch her movies on (movies are her comfort an she’s disabled). I went back in explained the situation an thankfully they let me return that one and purchase the bigger one. As I was waiting I seen the employee glaring at me and rolled his eyes. I didn’t see any reason he had to have an attitude with me. He made a mistake okay that happens but the way he treated me for calmly trying to point out that mistake is wrong, an to glare at the aftermath is horrid behavior. Other than this guys horrible customer service, I’m thankful the other workers didn’t have that same behavior for a mistake."

"What a horrible experience! I purchased a laptop for my husband approx 10 days before Christmas. My husband opened his gift on Christmas day and to my displeasure it was the wrong color. I went in to Best Buy on the 26th to make the exchange for the correct color which was steel blue and to my amazement the laptop was a totally different one! To make a long story short, the Manager who had no customer service skills refused to give the correct laptop for the sale price. I explained to him it was not my fault, I was sold the wrong laptop. He adamantly refused to sell the correct laptop to me in exchange for the wrong one that I was given. I pointed out the individual to him, who made the careless mistake, but he brushed me off! Not once, an apology did I receive. This manager should be replaced, he doesn't belong in this position! I'm referring to the Diamond Best Buy in Anchorage. The last time I was at this location was 4 years ago and the customer service was great. I'll beat money this guy wasn't the Manager, he went as far as to say the one I should have received wasn't on sale at that time which he fabricated. I WANTED that particular laptop because it was on sale and light blue! I will never go to this location again!!"

"Great company with great items. I love the fact I can order online then pickup. I love the fact that you get a notification when items are ready and a Scan Order code to show them. I do not enjoy the pickup line however. It was longer (worse) than just going through checkout. Guess everyone had the same idea I did. Great items though. Easy to use online purchasing! B+ overall experience."
