"Staff can be judgemental & rude at times. I waited multiple times for an associate to come help, while I watched them help people who arrived after me in the cellular area. . Although I did meet some really helpful employees in different departments. I guess it depends on who and where you are in the store."

"I found exactly what I needed and the employee I spoke with on the sales floor (once I found one) was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the chic that checked me out was completely awful…..sour faced and nonverbal most of the time, including at the end of the transaction. This was an adult woman acting like a two-year-old having a hissy fit. Where do you guys find these imbeciles? This gal has no business being anywhere near customers, especially at the last point before the customer leaves the store. The last impression is a lasting one. Put her in the back room sweeping floors."

"I bought an HP laptop 1/16/2024. I ordered a USB-C adapter so I could run multiple monitors. The adapter came today, but my brand new HP laptop’s USB-C port doesn’t work. I couldn’t get a person to help me online. I ended up texting some in the Best Buy app AMA that person sent me to another app. Finally, I spoke to someone who could only suggest going back to the store. At the store, the customer service tells me they will “push” my exchange through, apparently Best Buy only does refunds for 14 days (I was at day 17). I proceed to wait while they factory reset my computer. After they erase my data they tell me the system won’t process the request, as if checking after they erase my computer was the intelligent thing to do. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere who values their customers and will live by what they say. If you haven’t guessed by now, stay away from the Best Buy on Dimond Blvd."

"When I have come here the inventory is not as good as Dimond but glad we have this location up North. Four stars because of that. The staff here however have helped me very well every time including getting me what I need from Dimond. Recently I went in with an online order I needed returned and re ordered. Wow I was promptly helped at the door and then helped beyond well at the counter! Staff make this place good!"

"Dragging my wife to this bestbuy was a hard sell because we’ve had terrible experiences with service and trying to find things that were “on stock” at the Dimond location. We’re pretty chill people so figured it was a one off thing, but it was every time and on several different occasions. When Melvin greeted us at the door with his positive attitude and offered to help us find anything we needed without being asked, we felt way better. He offered to at least point us in the right direction, which was way more human interaction than we’ve gotten in the last 4 trips to dimond combined. When we got to the aisle we were looking for, all of the display headphones worked, and the stock was where it was supposed to be too. Neither can be said for the location down south. It’s worth making the trip for this one even if it’s a few miles further than the south location"
