"Three days before our cruise, this company canceled on us for a transfer due to “staffing issues” if you don’t want to be left stranded or scared to not have a way from your anchorage to Seward leaving Cruise, than do not book these guys book with a ACT bus. They offered to upgrade me to a tour that left before my flight even arrived so not very helpful when I asked if the tour could wait for us to arrive they said no they also re-booked me on that tour without my permission, and never refunded my money."
"Great company to reach out to! We used them the first time we cruised and docked in Whittier. Said if we ever to a cruise again, we would reach out to them first. This trip we docked in Seward and contacted Dan and his team. Price comparing other companies and what the cruise ship's charged, Anchorage Tours and Transfers prices were still just as reasonable and was better than what the cruise ship's charge for transfers. They have a good cancellation policy, early bird specials, and are very accommodating for your needs. For our last cruise, we docked in Seward at 5:00 AM with a 12:45 PM flight out of Anchorage. The driver was on time (actually 15 minutes early) and was very helpful, sociable, and gave us a narrated tour on the way to Anchorage. We were a family of 8 and they brought a vehicle that would just take us to Anchorage. I would highly recommend contacting them for any transfers to/from Seward, Whittier, or even Anchorage to get to your cruise."
"We rented bikes from Anchorage T and T. They were great. A super circle ride along Coastal Path. Good price, quality service.Isaac was awesome!"
"Thank you to Scott from Anchorage Tours and Transfers. My two sons and I were needing a ride from Whittier (finished a cruise here) to Anchorage. Scott was so helpful and full of information. We chose the transfer option that allowed for several stops along the way; we were not disappointed with our choice. Scott dropped us right at our hotel in Anchorage. Highly recommend the services of Anchorage Tours and Transfers."
"The tour guide Scoot had no idea what he was doing. Missed several stops had to make a U turns. Was more interested in talking about his hiking trips than we were seeing. The windows in the shuttle bus were so fogged up you could see nothing outside. Scott said he was doing everything he could. He had to stop and rest stop just to get paper towns to whip windshield so he could see! Not good when you are paying for a SIGHTSEEING Tour. to top it all off the shuttle bus started overheating half way through the trip. Had to stop several times to let the engine cool down. Barely made it to the airport."
