"Total waste of money and time. There were literally almost no animals in the cages, we saw 3-4 animals, the maintenance was awful. Really bad place to go. I don’t recommend it at all. $40 bucks for nothing."
"Not a huge zoo but not the smallest either that I've been to. For being alaska they have a decent facility and selection of animals. It is a good place to go to spend a day outside and go for a walk."
"2023.06.27 - Houston, TX visitor. It was an intimate experience because it was not really big. Nice to know this zoo is a rehabilitation zoo. Took about 2 hours to tour this rainy day. Perhaps more identification of the zoo being a rehabilitation zoo. We enjoyed reading all about the animals there and how they got there. The entrance fee is still cheaper than a movie."
"Loved it. The weather was cool and slightly rainy but the animals were rather active. We had to walk on gravel pathways which were not especially steep. 2 hours was long enough for our family."
