"They need to have they're coupons available to everyone, even the people without the app!!! And when we ask if they have any coupons, don't be rude about it, our dollars are valuable too!!!"
"Was helped by a beautiful young lady named Emma, she was so sweet and was very helpful. Tried selling me a credit card and was very respectful about it. Keep doing great Emma, and Michael’s!"
"No option but self checkout unless you have cash, no room to place your purchases on counter, no bags, and no handicap accessible checkout. Why do businesses think this is a good model? The very sparse staff are helpful but clearly overworked and seem to be helpless in the face of the new self checkout nonsense. Jo Anns may be gross but at least they still have humans."
"It's nicer than Joann's across the street, but that doesn't say much. It is cluttered with cheap items. It seems like it is getting low on real products (esp jewelry) and I don't know if that's a supply issue or a corporate decision. It's also going to personal check out, which seems like it can't be a good thing for craft stores but we will see."
"Be aware of deceptive pricing and false advertising of sale price. There was a sign promising 50% off but the fine print says the item must cost 2.99 and the sign was placed where there were no items that cost 2.99. Very deceptive!"
