When I showed up at Hillside, the woman at the counter curtly informed me that the 3rd party had failed to contact them and engaged in considerably unprofessional complaints about the 3rd party company. They made absolutely no effort to remedy the mistake that had been made, and demanded that I reschedule and leave."
