"I went in for an estimate, perhaps to schedule work to be done. I told the guy what troubleshooting I had done so far, described what I wanted done. The guy was really arrogant, just short of rude telling me how wrong I was. They're not touching anything that belongs to this aircraft technician. I walked away and didn't come back. I went around the corner nearby and found a shop that is honest, that treated me with respect. Too bad that I’m forced to give them one star."
