"I frequently have reached out for parts. One of those times Jason was very attentive and on the ball. Every other time since that initial time, he hasn't returned phone calls until weeks later, if at all. Many times, I'm in the middle of trying to clean a rental when something breaks so I've had to rent a rug doctor and spend even more money. I live in Missoula and have ended up ordering from some rainbow guys in Edmonton Canada multiple times instead, who bend over backwards to accommodate me. I hate leaving negative reviews but this has gone from annoying to costly and unacceptable from a customer service standpoint."
