"Owners kids are trying to sell knockoffs and plated silverware, trying to say that it is real silver in the jewelry case. Try to correct them and teach them how to identify real silver and the owner will interrupt, insult the customer, get angry and kick you out of the store. Only an idiot would try to pass off Oneida silver plate as ‘silver.’ Oneida doesn’t make silver. Items are way overpriced, owner has no class, and doesn’t know real if it were right in front of her."
