"Talked with Steve within literally seconds of walking in the door. Steve was very professional, knowledgeable, cordial and looking to assist me in any way he was responsible for. I needed a short term ("rock n roll" guitar secured) loan to help pay for a family medical emergency. Steve literally moved mountains to help me get the solution I needed and was more like family than "pawn jockey". I can't imagine a better outcome to my situation.
