"Nothing yet, as it hasn't been done yet. Scheduled the original appointment approximately a month ago and when we showed up, we were told that there was no hitch installer at the location we selected, appointment got rescheduled for a couple days later. When we showed up for this appointment we were informed that the hitch installer called out and our hitch was never brought over from the original location, appointment has been rescheduled again. Hoping it finally gets done with the third appointment. With the lack of professionalism from the U-Haul staff, no calls ahead of time about no hitch installer, we are in serious contemplation if we will ever use a U-Haul service again. I feel that the initial $50 reimbursement that we got is more of a slap to our face for our troubles than anything else."
