"I was assisted by Lance and he was EXTREMELY helpful! He came out and looked at my car to determine the part I needed, showed me the cheapest option available and understood that I may look elsewhere for a more affordable option. Please give Lance a raise because he is one of the BEST employees I’ve ever met from any establishment. If I ever need to visit O’Reilly again I definitely will be coming to this location and requesting Lance :) .
