"Came in the other day for a free diagnosis, and its like the guy gave up trying after a couple minutes and speculated. Took it to another place to get oil changed, and they ran a scan and told me my error codes, and that it was the air filter. Why couldn't O'Reillys give me that info? what a waste of time! Never going to an oreillys again! Seriously, the guy with the long hair beard and glasses should be fired, how hard is it to do your job!? thankfully i got a second opinion from a place that knows how to scan your car, if i listened to Oreillys I would have spent more money not finding the problem. thanks for wasting my time, and not being able to do the one thing auto places do. why even bother offering free diagnostics, when your employees cant handle such a simple task??????"

"I bought a Super Siphon by FLOTOOL, because it was the only Siphon they had. It has a tiny 1.8 mm flimsy tube. The tube had such a strong curved memory and it was so small it would not stay in the fuel to siphon anything. I tried to take the defective tool back with my receipt and he said because it was opened they couldn’t give me a refund. I am not shopping at this place anymore."
