"I have had an appointment for over a month. I bought a vehicle with studded tires. That they took off in the Spring. No knowledge about these tires being too large.or that they couldn’t put them back on. After waiting 1 1/2 hour we were told they cannot put the tires on. Here is the frustration…we came back to get the vehicle. No tires. We waited another 30 minutes before any acknowledgement we were standing needing to be served. Not how can I help you. Or we are sorry we couldn’t put the tire on. It would have been a courtesy to have some acknowledgment and education why our tires percentage wouldn’t work. All in all it was a frustrating experience."

"Overall just call that mobile tire guy to change your tires honestly. Buy the tires there at a good price, cool. Make an appointment cool. Come early for the appointment like asked, awesome. They put the vehicle in the shop within 15min of me dropping it, yet the tires weren’t changed and ready for 3hrs. Come on. Don’t over extend yourselves if you don’t have the manpower. It just pisses everyone else off and y’all either have to try to work faster and make a mistake, hurt yourself, or stay later. Work smarter not harder none of us have the time or get paid enough for this okay."

"While the staff are very nice, there are way too few of them to get the job done on schedule. My vehicle was in early to the appointment and was still waiting for tires 3 hours passed that time. I didn't get out of there for almost 5 hours. If you have a pickup, plan on a marathon, not a sprint."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The workers are rude! They do not answer their phones and if they do plan to be out in hold and never responded to. They do not call you when your tires are ready either.(3 days later). Had a flat they wouldn't even take it off my car or put it back on when repaired. So I had to myself in their parking lot. Got a 2nd flat and I am waiting on day 6 for them to fix it! I will never buy tires from this place again!!!! Save your time and sanity and go somewhere else! 0/5 stars. DO NOT recommend!"

"Appointment confirmation asks you to arrive 15 minutes early. However, the shop opened at the time of my appointment, and understandably the shop wasn’t ready to receive vehicles. This communication failure sets up employees for negative interactions and wasting people’s time. Follow up: I received a call 47 minutes after my appointment notifying me that they were just starting on our vehicle when we were the first vehicle there. 45 minutes later it would seem that two of our tires have been mounted."
