We called and spoke to Rich, who put aside the battery so that I could pick it up by myself without my boyfriend I believe the fellow that assisted me was not rich and he also was just as polite, kind and courteous. He made sure the battery wasn’t working great condition, and then carried it out to my car for me, and brought in the core for me, they even told me I didn’t have to bring in right away that I could bring it in at my own time which I thought was so nice I will be back and I will be recommending them to anybody.
