"The doctors were great and really looked after our children, however, billing has always been a glaring issue. Rainforest has switched to new billing systems at least twice since we started and ended care with them, and now with the new switch to SEARHC, we're having an issue where SEARHC can't see our balance due and says we owe nothing, but we're receiving mail from the previous billing company saying we have to pay all thats due in full right now and can no longer do monthly payments electronically (which sounds fishy). In the meantime, there's no way to reach anyone employee-wise from Rainforest for clarification on what to do as they've switched all their contact info to SEARHC, and have left all the previous customers who've moved away from Juneau with no help on solving their billing mess. Update: was able to get help with my bill, which was great, but not from the Pediatric office itself. Am happy to have the billing crisis resolved."

"We moved to Juneau last year from Arizona. I have been trying for years to get my kids the correct medical care for all my children. Well rainforests Pediactric care staff has been spectacular! Their doctors are professional and very thorough. The staff is beyond friendly and literally made me feel like they truly understood me. I have never felt so respected and listened too. They truly addressed all of my concerns and made sure I knew I was heard. You guys are doing an extraordinary job!! You are appropriate!"

"I would not ever return and wouldnt ever recommend this practice to anyone. Especially not anyone of color. Horrible experience, to horrific to even share in detail. Still affected by it, several years later. We had the worst experience with Dr. Neyhart. My daughter went without proper treatment, repeated requested screenings, test, and/or a diagnosis for nine months... After five failed visits we were finially referred out to Anchorage. We were not heard nor taken seriously. What could have simply been tested for, diagnosed and treated within two weeks, progressed so far that it took us four months of steriods, antibiotics and treatments to cure. That was not our only bad experience with this doctor but would definitely be our last with this practice! I wish more people would share their bad experiences, as I was recommended to do, as I am not the only one. There's many stories like this throughout town. I wish that I could have reviewed them and been made aware prior."
