Chance and the sales team are really easy to work with for an easy transaction--in and out in an hour or two. And they let me know when the model I was looking for came in on the barge. There is much more inventory under the new owners, and not every model on the lot is fully loaded anymore imho. I would use them again!"

"My partner and I went in looking for a used vehicle. The salesperson lied to us and told us the car we wanted to see had been sold (they kept reposting the exact same car online after our visit and even texted us later that week asking if we wanted to test drive it after again being told it was apparently “sold”). We were not allowed to look at any used cars as they had all conveniently been sold right before we got there. Then, we were unsuccessfully pressured into looking at and financing new cars we did not want. The tone was unpleasant and sleazy. It was obvious the guy thought he could take advantage of us. We will not return unless there some major changes and we are treated kinder & less like a business transaction. There are better local businesses in Juneau."
