"A week ago I called to set an appointment on the following Thursday for a stripped oil drain plug removal/replacement. The woman that I spoke to on the phone said next Thursday would be fine, and that she was pretty sure the mechanic would be able to get it off, but that she wanted to ask him first to make sure, and that she would call me back... fair enough. A couple hours go by, and I receive no call back from the woman as promised, so I attempt to call them back and nobody answers. I call twice the next day (hours apart just in case I happened to call during a shift change, or something) and again nobody answers, so I leave a message. It's now Thursday and all week I have continued calling two times every (business) day, leaving several messages along the way and they still have not bothered to answer or communicate anything. Unprofessional and disrespectful of people's time."

"I actually hate leaving meh reviews. But I'm on a strick budget and they knew that and so I feel taken advantage of here. They said they repaired a nail in my tire and I'm good to go; 1 week later it's low again and I take it elsewhere. Turns out the nail was in the sidewall and 2 different mechanics confirmed that my particular tire-in-nail situation was never repairable...so why did this place say it was and charge me for it? Not a good way to get a repeat customer."
