"Our 2021 Chevy Suburban was returned to us via the ferry in the same condition it was sent to the dealership 80 days ago. Nothing regarding the “catastrophic” (manager’s words) leak was addressed. Mold is actively and visibly growing in our vehicle (see photos) forcing us not to be able to drive a $75k vehicle. And because the Chevy service department chose not to do even a halfway decent job, we have physical evidence of this. I have reached out to management several times in the past few days and no one has answered or returned any of my calls and/or voicemails. Water is still leaking in the vehicle. Driver and passenger seatbelts are wet to the touch, and carpets/headliner wreak of mold/mildew. Dealership claimed carpets were removed from the vehicle to “dry out”, but based on my child’s bagel left under the seat in the 3rd row and various straws and other debris left under the weather tech mats—I’d say that was a lie. Nothing was vacuumed in the entire vehicle; yes we have 3 kids so there are most definitely crumbs, but no attempt was made to even make it appear they “cleaned” the interior where the water damage was reported. Scratched driver door, chipping paint on the rear quarter panel, standing water in the rear cup holders, scratched rear center console—the list goes on. Mismanagement of our case would be a painful understatement. Still awaiting GM Warranty department to reach a conclusion. Told by the warranty department to “file a dealership complaint”. The utter disregard for customer service in this situation is mind boggling. A name like Chevrolet used to mean something! General Motors needs to listen to their customers, and not just the happy ones!"

"We live in Petersburg south of Juneau. We purchased our truck from a place in Bellingham in 2022 and bought the extended warranty. We are from Alaska and gave them quit the extensive interview upon purchasing this warranty and bringing our vehicle back to Petersburg. We brought our truck to Juneau Chevrolet in March of 2023 and got our services covered for free as our extended warranty stated. We shipped our truck in December 2023 from Petersburg to Juneau for services to the truck and a few other things needed. However, this time during our services we were told that we got scammed for our extended warranty. We were unable to get the services provided to us under the extended warranty. We did minimal amount, paid for the services, and left. About a week later we called the dealership and our extended warranty office. Just a note that if you bring your vehicle to Juneau Chevrolet the service manager behind the counter is basically too lazy to sit on hold to get payment for such services they provide under the extended warranty."
