"We went through this title company only because our bank picked them for our refinance loan, it took us a month to finally get everything done and sign the paperwork, then we were told that there was a 3 day wait for the money to be dispersed, that was fine except it is now 5 days later and we still don’t have our money because even though we asked for the money to be direct deposit into our account they decided that they would mail a $62,000 check from Whitefish to Columbia Falls, so now our bank did a stop payment on the check and asked then to issue another one and they would drive the 10 miles to Whitefish and get it but they are now saying that they can’t cut another check on the same day so now we are having to wait until next week, we are very unsatisfied with this title company and our bank is also"

"Fidelity title managed to completely fumble my closing of property in whitefish. From getting rushed into signing without title or escrow officer available, I was encouraged to sign documents by an assistant that did not know the file. There was no reviewing of documents prior to closing and my copy was emailed to me 5 days after signing. As a result now months later I have been left to unravel their mistakes with HOA and property managers along with real estate agents with no assistance."
