"OK, so I was unprepared for the unbelievable service that I received today at Les Schwab whitefish, Montana. My rental car tire had a slow leak and I didn’t want to drive into Canada tomorrow and risk whatever the universe might have in store for me up there. I called Les Schwab at about 2:30 PM and Jeremiah told me to come in and they would take care of it! And not only did they take care of it… It turns out there was a screw in the tire… But they didn’t charge me! Apparently this Les Schwab guy instructed his businesses not to charge for tire fixing because, he pointed out, anybody with a flat tire is having a bad day, and so they shouldn’t be charged on top of that. So I burst into tears at the front desk when I understood that I wasn’t being charged and I would be safe driving into Canada tomorrow. Yes, I confess that! It was such a lovely experience."
