"The oil change was done properly. I'm not happy with it taking 1 hour and 40 minutes to do. Also wonder why the technician says the vehicle has several oil leaks that need to be repaired, antifreeze fluid needing replacement, and transfer case fluid needing replacement. The cost of all these repairs being $3844. The antifreeze fluid is good for another 22k miles and doesn't need to be replaced. The transfer case fluid was replaced only 8k miles ago and definitely does not need to be replaced. If my vehicle has all those oil leaks then I should see evidence of such in my driveway where I park. There is no evidence of oil leaks under my vehicle. We will not be taking our vehicles back to this dealership for maintenance again."
