"Get angry if you happen to get oil changed elsewhere and then go back for next one here. Even if you want to get oil changed a little early before a road trip they will refuse and say you are not at the 5000 mile mark. Please take your vehicle anywhere else as you will most likely be turned away."

"Got an oil change before going home. Immediately the oil light came on. Went back and they said it was a faulty gasket. After leaving Reggies again we saw our filter on the ground and oil path where we went. Went back with our filter on the ground and said "I think this is what happened." They said "the oil filter was from a different car that could not have been from ours..." wish they would have been honest with us. We don't mind if they have made a mistake, but we feel they were dishonest. Update 2/28/22 The owner called and apologized for the error and was very clear that this is not how they usually do business. The incident was dealt with and should in no way tarnish the good reputation they have built up to this point. Upgrading the review to five stars for them owning up to it and calling us to make it right."
