Palladium Apartments

"Great management and nice, clean apartments. Pet friendly, but often residents do not clean up after their dogs. Not a ton of parking close by but the rec center across the street has plenty. Biggest knock is a lack of storage space."

"They had a special a few months ago where they would give residents a free pizza for a Google review so take most of these reviews with a grain of salt. Disorganized management, tiny living space, not much storage room. If you live here, keep a record of all of your communications with them because on multiple occasions they tried to charge us or evict us due to their loss of paperwork. We've had things stolen from here. We're told the cameras don't even work (or at least didn't for a time). Place smells like weed from time to time and hardly anyone picks up after their dogs."

"This has been the perfect first apartment as newly weds! We’ve loved the space and the atmosphere of the apartment. It’s in a safe area and conveniently across from the Provo rec so we can easily get over there to work out and swim. Also it’s super close to both smiths and a little grocery store to the side (el centro). Also they’ve got a study room and a hangout room that has been awesome to take advantage of (:"

"Palladium was a great complex for us. It is brand new and everything inside is super nice. We really enjoyed living here and are super sad to be leaving! I would recommend it to any couple (but the apartments aren't huge so I would not recommend it for a family, that's why we are leaving haha). Anyways, the location is great with access to the Provo Rec Center across the street as well as being within walking distance of Center Street and lots of great restaurants. :) Palladium is awesome!"

"TERRIBLE experience. The property managers literally don’t do anything. They are constantly falling short on commitments and taking care of their residents. I would not recommend that anyone live here until they get new management. The apartments are also TINY for what you’re paying for. There are plenty of other places in Provo that are just as updated/new and offer more space for the same price. This place was awful, I can’t say it enough. If you move in, good luck. Don’t expect to enjoy your time there."
