"This place is as advertised. The suite is spacious, and the breakfast offers a wide variety. There is an indoor pool (no hot tub) and a tennis court we used for pickleball. The service is what really stands out. Everyone is kind and friendly. Robin, who was doing double duty and helping with breakfast, was friendly, personable, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this place."

"We had a really great time at this hotel. Coffee and tea 24/7 was nice and they had a really nice tea selection as well as creamer options. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious each day and the oatmeal/yogurt topping section was unique and a lovely touch! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend. We can’t wait to return for our next trip."

"We had a great 5-nights stay. The breakfast is amazing: blueberries, scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage or turkey patties - depending on the day of the week, waffles, oatmeal with a big selection of nuts and dried fruits, muffins, bagels, etc. The only downside is that they closed the pool (indoors) till 01/09/2024 to replace the slippery tiles. But other than that - everything about our stay was awesome!"

"Truly a trash motel that should cost fifty bucks a night. Do not believe the photos or any of the good reviews. I was scheduled for a two week stay here, but checked out after one night. The first room I was given was dirty. Smelled terrible (combo of B.O. and cat pee with some rotting food mixed in), and though housekeeping had supposedly been in, the kitchen floor was sticky, the bathroom area floor must not have been cleaned in weeks, there were hairs all over the bathroom drawers and the couch. I tried to convince myself to stay, but finally asked to switch rooms. The second room was a significant improvement, if only because it didn’t smell and was marginally cleaner. Barely. I was referred here because they have a shuttle and free grocery service, so I didn’t rent a car. When I asked about the grocery service, I was told they recommend people use instacart, because it’s their maintenance people who do the groceries and they can’t always do it right away. I said that’s fine I can schedule ahead or won’t do it when I’m in a rush. The answer was still, we just recommend instacart. After managing to sleep one night, in the morning my toilet clogged (full disclosure it was just a pee, nothing crazy); when I called down to ask for maintenance I was told they weren’t on site because it’s the weekend. After much back and forth, they were going to come HOURS later and I was offered the hotel lobby bathroom as a solution (the lobby is technically in a DIFFERENT BUILDING, so I would have had to walk outside to get there). While waiting for maintenance, I looked up alternative places to stay and checked out immediately. There’s more, but I doubt anyone is still reading! If you’re referred here by cognitive fx, don’t fall for it - there are plenty of things at comparable prices!! TL;DR: unclean, mismanaged, front desk are very kind but can’t do much, amenities advertised do not exist."

"Conveniently located near BYU with quick access to diwntown Provo. Breakfast was a typical Residence Inn breakfast. Nuce variety of protiens with a few vegetarian options. Hotel is very clean. Room was clean, water pressure was great and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked for stove top or microwave dining. Plan to stay here again on my next trip."
