"Older motel. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. There was a hole in the carpet inside the room near the door. The hole measured about 6 inches in diameter. This should be repaired."
"Very disappointed with the management at this hotel. Workers and manager were both rude and unable to provide simple services such as a receipt. Even the manager wanted to argue with me. Lack of class. I’ve stayed here many times over the last two years and would highly recommend staying else where. Once a great place now simply disappointing. There are plenty of hotels in Provo, choose a different one."
"The room: Thin walls. Sheets were clean. Body hair in the shower (not noticed until the morning or I would have changed rooms). Burn spots in the carpet. Only one coffee cup to share between two people. TV remote won't allow switching inputs for an dongle, so no streaming. Breakfast: Standard Choice Hotels fare. No knives ("waiting for a shipment"), so waffle eaters ate with their hands (come on, send someone to buy some at the wholesaler). Worst breakfast coffee I've had in months on the road. Only bread items were English muffins. Desk staff: Very friendly and efficient."
"I have stayed here on average of two times a year for the past 15 years. They have always striped to update and keep things clean. Having kids it's always been important to have a nice hot tub and pool and they have lived up to that expectation over the years there's maybe been once or twice that the pool has been cold due to maintenance. Nice, simple, clean, affordable. Thanks Allan"
"Website said $69 rooms. Was charged $129, so this is about to get nitpicked. Upon entering my room, I noticed frayed carpet at thresholds. Had to locate outlets and plug lights in. While locating outlets, I found where they don’t vacuum. Weird food stains or other stains on walls. Fancy Velcro holding the shower door closed. Cable channels were decent, half of them had no sound. Had to set the time on the alarm clock. It’d be a great place to stay if you’ve lived underground or in a cave since the 80’s."
