"We lived here from 2019-2020 and had a great experience. As BYU students it doesn't get better than a 5 minute walk to campus. Never had any issues with the management-- we only moved to get a little more space when the time came. This complex is a good fit for a student couple with no kids on a budget."

The apartments are nice, for the price and location they are very competitive. 5 minute walk to campus. If you can find a contract at Inca Villa, I would highly recommend moving in."
