"Honest Opinion and Review. If there was a review for 0 I'd give liberty that. Liberty on Freedom is two small for the amount they charge you, everything is old so they get any chance to charge you for damages caused by their own negligence to fix it when you have put in work orders are put in for months in advance. They are so quick to ask for rent and email or text you constantly to make sure you paid yet they are sooooo slow to pay you back your refund. -They live in the 18th century hence they still give you cheques for your refund. If you are an international student too bad you can't get that money.Yet they tell you to pay your rent electronically. -The Washing machines and dryer although new they dont dry or wash your clothes properly.I remember telling the office this and they told me I should call the Washing machine company instead of them.Isnt that your freaking job. -You pay for parking but they'll be no parking for you. -The Ultilities such as the pool and spa have been closed all year around. -The only two good things that happened about this place is if you have good roommates and the new property manager Liz.Everything else is pretty bad."
"I believe you get your money’s worth here. Maintenance is fabulous and the management makes the complex fun. The other tenants here are nice and actually are willing to talk to you unlike other complexes in the town. I love living here and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I would give zero stars if I could. The apartments are average with insane rent. Expect insane charges upon move out even if you didn't create any damage. The main reason I have problems with Liberty is their management. I sent messages for months without response. There wouldn't have been a problem to begin with if they cared enough about their residents enough to respond to my initial message. If they had competent communication skills it might be a decent place to live. There are many much better places to live in Provo with much better management."
"I am absolutely livid, and if there was a way to give this place ZERO STARS, I'd do it without hesitation. To anyone out there currently on the hunt for a place to live, I vehemently, passionately urge you to steer clear of this wretched apartment complex. My experience with these people has been an infuriating nightmare from start to finish. And to the management team, if any of you are even bothering to read this review, you ought to be thoroughly ashamed of your deplorable approach to handling tenant concerns. It's not just a suggestion; it's a demand: you need to stop sweeping tenant issues under the rug and pretending they don't exist. Effective communication? Forget about it! Your tenants deserve to know what the heck is going on with their work orders and maintenance requests instead of being left in the absolute abyss of ignorance. Let me make this abundantly clear: a responsive, proactive management team could have salvaged this disaster of a living situation. But instead, you've chosen to disregard your responsibilities and ignore the very people who keep your miserable property afloat. It's beyond infuriating; it's downright insulting. Take these words to heart and, for once in your sorry existence, try to provide even a smidgen of the service and decency that tenants rightfully deserve."
